LDR

Terms

These terms are the agreement between you and LDR when you use it. We've kept them short and plain. By creating an account or using LDR, you agree to them.

Your account

  • Use your real email and keep access to it safe. Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.
  • You are responsible for what happens in your account, and for the people you invite into your workspace.
  • If you sign up for an organization, you confirm you are allowed to act for it.

Your content

  • What you and your team put into LDR is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run LDR for you, as described in our Privacy policy.
  • Only add information about people that you are allowed to keep, and treat it with care. If you lead people in a workplace, follow your organization's rules about notes and feedback.
  • Anonymous feedback is anonymous by design. Don't try to work out who wrote it.

The coach

  • The coach uses AI. It can be wrong. Treat what it says as a thoughtful suggestion, not professional advice. It is not legal, medical, financial, employment-law or mental-health advice.
  • You decide what to do. LDR never sends, deletes or decides anything without your yes, and the decisions you make are yours.

Fair use

Don't use LDR to break the law, harass or harm anyone, send spam, get into accounts or data that aren't yours, or overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may limit or close accounts that do.

Paid add-ons

LDR is free to start. Some features are paid add-ons for an organization. We will tell you the price and get your yes before any add-on is turned on or billed, and you can turn it off at any time.

Changes and availability

  • LDR is growing, so features will change. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be down or never have a mistake.
  • If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change takes effect. Using LDR after that means you accept the new terms.

Ending

You can stop using LDR at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to info@ldr.coach. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless we can't.

Limits

LDR is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights the law says can't be limited.
